Taiwan Trip 2016 Day 2 ~ Jinshan Old Street 金山老街 / Jinbaoli Duck Meat 金包里鴨肉

Since we were already in the vicinity, we decided to make a stop at Jinshan Old Street. 🏮

It was a chance to wander through the old streets, soak up the local atmosphere and see a different side of Taiwan away from the busy city. Sometimes the best places to visit are the ones you discover simply because you happen to be nearby!

A little detour, a little exploring, and another memory added to our Taiwan journey. ❤️

Of course, no visit to Jinshan Old Street would be complete without trying the famous Jinshan duck! 🦆😋

Since we were already in the area, this was one local specialty we simply had to taste. Juicy, flavourful and wonderfully satisfying, it made the little detour to Jinshan even more worthwhile.

When in Jinshan, eat duck—no questions asked! 🦆🥢
