My Pictorial Diary

As picture tells a thousand words, therefore I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Armed with nothing, but a camera,
Take nothing, but pictures,
Capture nothing, but memories,
Leave nothing, but footprints.

Bangkok Trip 2016 Day 1 ~ Terminal 21 Mall / Dinner @ Suda Restaurant

A visit to Terminal 21 Mall in Bangkok is never just an ordinary shopping trip. The moment we stepped inside, it felt as though we had boarded a plane and were travelling around the world, with each floor representing a different city and culture.

What makes Terminal 21 so special is its creative theme of One Level, One City. As we explored the mall, every level offered a different atmosphere, inspired by famous destinations around the world. From Tokyo and Paris to London, Istanbul and San Francisco, each floor had its own decorations, colours and little details that made the shopping experience feel like a mini world tour.

It was fun walking from one “city” to another without having to leave the building. Besides the many shops, there were plenty of interesting corners to stop, look around and take photos. Even the décor and signs added to the travelling experience.

Thirsty!!!

it was time to sit down and enjoy a good Thai dinner at Suda,a long-established local-style restaurant known for its Thai dishes and relaxed, casual atmosphere.

The evening was all about enjoying familiar Thai flavours in a simple and unpretentious setting. From fragrant curries and stir-fried dishes to the ever-popular Pad Thai, there was plenty to tempt the appetite. The food was comforting, flavourful and satisfying—the kind of meal that makes you forget about the tired feet after a full day of sightseeing.

What I enjoyed most was the relaxed atmosphere. There was nothing overly fancy about the place, and that was part of its charm. It felt like a straightforward Bangkok dining experience, with good food, friendly service and reasonable prices.
