After a day of exploring, it was time to gather around a bubbling pot of goodness at Zhong Huan Ala Carte Steamboat along Jalan Kuras. Nothing beats a hearty steamboat dinner when everyone is hungry and ready for a satisfying meal!
With an ala carte selection of ingredients to choose from, we could pick our favourites and watch them cook away in the steaming broth. Seafood, meat, vegetables and all those little goodies made their way into the pot, creating a delicious feast to share.
There is just something comforting about steamboat — sitting around the table, chatting away, adding ingredients to the bubbling soup and patiently waiting for everything to cook. It may not be the fanciest dinner, but it certainly hit the spot!
