My Pictorial Diary

As picture tells a thousand words, therefore I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Armed with nothing, but a camera,
Take nothing, but pictures,
Capture nothing, but memories,
Leave nothing, but footprints.

Hong Kong Trip 2017 Day 1 ~ Tai O Fishing Village

Away from the busy city streets and towering skyscrapers, Tai O welcomed us with its charming stilt houses, narrow lanes, fishing boats, and peaceful waterfront atmosphere.

Walking through the village, we could see how closely life here has always been connected to the sea. The colourful boats gently bobbed along the water while the old stilt houses stood above the waterways, creating a unique scene that felt very different from modern Hong Kong.

We wandered around the local market, taking in the sights and smells of traditional snacks and dried seafood. Everywhere we looked, there were little details that told stories of Tai O's rich fishing heritage.

How to resist??😁
